Terms and Conditions
This contract binds the parties with respect to the provision of services for the online Equine Behavior Practitioner – Level I training program.
Practical component – customer’s responsibility
The customer undertakes to find the horses and respect the safety rules during the practical part of the training. The Client hereby acknowledges that participation in equestrian activities involves inherent risks of serious injury and holds Équin Communication harmless and unconditionally releases Équin Communication from any liability in this regard for any damage, injury or loss resulting therefrom.
Copyright
The Customer warrants to Équin Communication that it will respect its existing copyrights. The Client agrees not to teach, transmit, copy, photocopy, reproduce or distribute in any way the knowledge acquired during the training to third parties without the written authorization of Équin Communication. Should the Client fail to do so, Équin Communication shall be entitled to claim losses and damages from the Client. It is understood that Équin Communication’s documents are protected by the Copyright Act and may not be reproduced or otherwise used in contravention of the copyrights held by Équin Communication.
General conditions of registration
It is forbidden for a professional in equine behavior to register for a training course offered on the www.equincommunication.com website, with a view to using, reproducing or distributing, in any manner whatsoever and for any purpose whatsoever, the information, techniques, know-how and methods used and transmitted during any training course on the equincommunication.com website.
The customer declares that he/she is fully aware that any false declaration of his/her non-professional status, as defined above, and/or use, reproduction or distribution, in any way whatsoever and for any purpose whatsoever, of the information, techniques, know-how and methods used and transmitted in the course of any training offered on the www.equincommunication.com website, will result in the offender being subject to all legal, criminal and/or civil proceedings provided for by law.
Certificate validity
To maintain the validity of your training certificate, you must take an examination every two years. This ensures that you are up to date with the latest practices in your field and able to provide quality services.
